21 Days of Prayer & Fasting

PREPARING THE HOUSE

MARCH 30 TO APRIL 19, 2025

The harvest is coming! Are we prepared? The gospel of John begins with the story of John the Baptist. He was the one chosen to PREPARE THE WAY for the Lord, fulfilling Isaiah 40:3-5.

Now, over 2,000 years later, we can echo this same prophetic announcement: SALVATION HAS COME! You are now the voice who prepares the way for the Lord to come and find those who are lost. As we look forward to Easter Sunday, it’s time to prepare the house – both our own hearts and also our church – to receive the broken who are coming Home!

One Hour of Prayer

  • Sunday to Friday nights at 7pm in the Main Sanctuary
  • The final night (April 18) will be our Good Friday Service

Scripture Reading

  • We will read one chapter of John each day, which will give us a first-hand look at how Jesus prepared Himself for the cross and how He prepared His disciples to be the Church.

FASTING CREATES SPACE FOR GOD TO FILL

A fast is to abstain from all or some kinds of food or drink (or other activities such as social media or TV) in order to seek God. You are free to decide what you fast for the 21 days; however, many people choose to do a “Daniel Fast,” which comes from Daniel 10. See below for guide.
