  • Louie & Sandra Trevino

    Lead Pastors


    At the age of 20, God dramatically rescued Louie from a life of darkness on the streets. Following his salvation, he and his wife, Sandra, pursued the strong call of God on their lives and began serving in full-time ministry. Throughout the years, they have been involved in kids/youth work, singles ministry, media production, prison ministry, outreaches to the community, and missions to Mexico. 

     

    In 1993, Pastor Louie was ordained and served as an assistant pastor at a church for eight years. Then in 2002, Pastor Louie and Sandra made Harbor Christian Center their church home and served as the associate pastors and on the board of trustees. After 16 years of faithful service, Pastor Louie and Sandra were appointed as the lead pastors of the church. They are passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere where people can come just as they are and experience the life-transforming presence of God. Pastor Louie & Sandra’s heart is to see the glory of God impact people as Heaven invades our region.

     

    Pastor Louie and Sandra have four adult children and five precious grandchildren.

  • Marissa Coloma

    Creative Arts Pastor

     

    Marissa has served in ministry for over 20 years. She grew up at Harbor Christian Center since childhood and joined the staff here in 2009. As the creative arts pastor, Marissa oversees worship, media, and other church-wide initiatives. She is also the executive producer for Harbor Music. Pastor Marissa loves to create on a keyboard—either a computer or a piano. From behind-the-scenes production to speaking on a platform, Pastor Marissa is passionate about creating a space for people to encounter the presence and power of God in a tangible, life-transforming way. Her heart is to see His Kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven. 

     

    Pastor Marissa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a Master’s Degree in Leadership Studies from Vanguard University. Besides Jesus, some of her favorite things include tennis, the movies, and spending time with friends.

    First Impressions Pastor

     

    At the age of 23, Marc started serving God. Ten years later, he married Donna, the love of his life. Together they raised their family in San Pedro, where they still reside. Their shared desire to serve the Kingdom of God allowed them to serve within multiple ministries such as: deacons, ushers, greeters, kids, music, prison, marriage, food pantry, armor bearer, and church board member. In 2017, Marc and Donna joined Harbor Christian Center and began serving under Pastor Louie & Sandra wherever needed. Then in 2026, Pastor Marc was ordained and he currently serves as a pastor overseeing the first impressions team, prayer team, and the Men’s Life Group. Serving has always been a priority in Pastor Marc’s life. He exercises his gifts of exhortation, leadership, and administration wherever he goes. Pastor Marc believes in sharing and demonstrating Jesus in practical everyday activities.

     

    Pastor Marc has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills and over 20 years of senior civil service management experience. He loves mentoring the next generation of leaders, fishing, chess, and traveling by motorcycle.

  • Tony Ceja

    Spanish Pastor


    Tony was saved in June of 1991, and has dedicated his life to leading others to the Lord. He has served in various ministries including youth, prison, men, and outreach. In November of 2013, he was appointed pastor of the Spanish-speaking ministries at Harbor Christian Center. Pastor Tony believes in teaching the word of God in an unadulterated and practical manner so that others can find salvation and improve their lives.  

     

    Pastor Tony, his wife Gracie, daughters Desiree and Christina, and son Daniel, are blessed to serve the Lord together and help others find their way through His Word.
